PaceBoss is provided free of charge, without registration, and without warranty of any kind.

No warranties

The app is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results. The data PaceBoss displays is derived from SimResults CSV exports you provide. We make no representation about the correctness of that data or the calculations performed on it.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the app — including loss of data, loss of race records, or any decision made on the basis of figures the app produces.

Your data, your responsibility

PaceBoss stores your data in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and localStorage). We have no access to it and cannot recover it if it is lost. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser, the operating system, or you.

Back up anything you want to keep. We make no commitment that data written to browser storage will persist indefinitely.

Acceptance

By using PaceBoss you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
